What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept payments via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) at the time of the appointment.
What is your rescheduling / cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 Hours advance notice for any session cancellations or reschedules. If notice isn’t provided within the aforementioned window, a fee of $40 will be incurred.
Will you train my dog if i am not present?
In the past, I have made special arrangements with clients who were in need of my services yet unable to attend my sessions. In this event, I provide access to a shared folder containing videos summarizing the session’s contents and how they can follow up.
